To reduce stress in general, you should start working to degrees, maybe anticipating the return from the holidays of a few days, before being immersed in the routine of working. You should try to go to sleep at regular time, improving the quality of sleep.

All this should be complemented with a healthy diet based on fruits and vegetables, avoiding heavy foods. Also physical activity can be a great utility, especially if it is practiced regularly and in the open air.
